Bed Bugs
Bed bugs may have stigma, but they hitchhike into all sorts of homes. Our bed bug work is for single-family, owner-occupied houses. We start with an inspection, because a few common things get mistaken for bed bugs, and what we find decides whether you need a treatment at all.

How do you treat bed bugs?
With residual treatments, including Apprehend, a fungus-based product that bed bugs pick up when they walk across treated areas. It's a cleanout with follow-up visits, and it won't wreck your bedroom furniture. Bed bug treatments also come with specific instructions for kids and pets, and we'll walk you through them.
Is there a warranty?
In a single-family, detached home, our bed bug treatments come with a 90-day warranty. The warranty doesn't cover apartments or one side of a duplex, where bed bugs can come right back from next door.
Do you treat apartments?
Generally, no. If you're a property manager who already works with us, text us. Otherwise, we'll point you toward someone else.
Do you do heat treatments?
No. When heat is the right answer, we'll tell you so and point you to someone we trust who does it.
Should I do anything before the inspection?
Not much. We'd rather you didn't do a ton of prep work before we've had a look. Once we know what we're dealing with, we'll tell you exactly what helps.
What if you don't find any?
Then we say so, and we don't sell you a treatment.
